The CEMS Alumni of the Year is a joint campaign led by the CEMS Alumni Association (CAA) and the CEMS Student Board. It provides the opportunity for the CEMS community to learn about CEMS alumni careers and achievements on a monthly basis.

Karin is a high-impact philanthropy professional. She is currently working as Strategic Philanthropy Advisor at PHI, in Geneva Switzerland, and Member of the Board of Directors at SwissFoundations. Previously she was the Head of Philanthropy at Lombard Odier, named "Best Private Bank for Philanthropy Services" at the Global Private Banking Awards in 2015, organised by the Financial Times. Karin started her career as a strategy consultant at McKinsey & Company.

Thibaut is currently the Deputy Head of Cabinet, European Commission, Cabinet of Commissioner Oettinger for Digital Economy and Society in Brussels, Belgium. Thibaut has been working for the European Commission for close to 10 years uping the completion of his PhD at LSE.
